What this site collects

Information you give. When you join the reader list or request the free prologue, you provide your email address (and a name, if you choose to add one).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the pages: which pages are viewed, approximate region, and general device and browser details. This is collected through cookies and is not used to identify you personally.

How your information is used

To send occasional updates about new books, releases, and early reader opportunities.
To deliver the free prologue and other reader content you request.
To understand how the site is used so it can be improved.

Your information is never sold or rented.

A few trusted services process data on this site's behalf:

Email. The reader list and emails are managed through Kit (ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Analytics. Site usage is measured with Google Analytics (provided by Google).
Hosting. The site is served by a standard web host.

This site uses cookies for analytics. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling them will not affect your ability to read the site or join the list.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You may also ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information held about you by emailing hello@liorapenrose.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have additional rights over your data.

Data retention

Subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be removed, after which it is deleted from the active list.
